Winter – Spring – Summer Rentals
Amenities (Included w/all rentals)
- Beautiful Modern Barn with vaulted ceilings located on a historic farm
- Centralized location in the Eastern Iowa Corridor
- Large open space with banquet seating up to 170, or conference seating for 200, tables and chairs included
- Optional outdoor seating space available
- Climate controlled indoor space with A/C and radiant heat
- Two large covered front porches with direct access to the indoor space
- Wrap around concrete patios with wood picnic tables for indoor/outdoor entertaining
- Full sight garage door at one end of the open hall for indoor/outdoor access
- Use of giant games: Jenga, Corn Hole, etc.
- Modern indoor bathroom facilities including separate stalls, two sink vanities, large mirrors, and changing tables in both men’s and women’s restrooms
- Use of private bridal suite mezzanine (if applicable)
- Large custom-made bar for catering/bar service with three under-counter refrigerators
- Kitchen use for basic food prep
- Movable height counters and additional tables available
- Indoor/outdoor sound system
- Ample grass and rock parking lot use
- Basic setup and cleanup
Optional Add Ons*
- Full Commercial Kitchen Use
includes oven, stove top, full refrigeration/freezer and cleaning product use. Basic cooler and table top use is included. - Linen and Prop Use
includes table linens, baskets, table decor, etc. - Slushy Machine Use
includes cleaning, does not include product, cups, or straws - Ice Cream Machine Use
includes first bag ice cream products and cleaning, does not include cups and straws - Activities Area Use
includes use of traditional fall activities area ie. slides, grain bin basketball, duck races, etc. Requires pre authorization and is weather dependent.
Catering
- Beverages, we offer two options:
- Bring Your Own: You’re welcome to supply your own beverages. A bartending fee will apply for Colony Acres to provide licensed bartenders to tend and serve.
- Full-Service Through Colony Acres: Let us handle it all with a custom catering and beverage menu tailored to your event.
- Food
Currently, Colony Acres does not provide food catering services. We can provide excellent recommendations upon request.
